Trans-Siberian Orchestra’s holiday run is one of the densest arena tours in North America: late November through late December, dozens of cities, and often two performances in the same building on the same day. This site is built for people who already know they want tickets and need a clear plan — when face-value sales open, how to pick a city and showtime, and where resale fits if primary inventory is gone.

You do not need to know the album history to buy seats, but it helps to know you are getting a full theatrical first half plus a high-energy second set. Think in three buying windows, not one. Fan Club members get first access on Thursday, Sep 10 for November shows and Friday, Sep 11 for December shows. Legacy and Signature tiers start at different local times that day — check your account status on the official site so you are not late to the queue.

Anyone can try the Official TSO Pre-Sale on Thursday, Sep 17. It lasts 24 hours and does not require Fan Club membership; you get a code by text or email from TSO. Friday, Sep 18 is the public on-sale for whatever is left.

If you wait past those dates, you are usually shopping the secondary market. That can still work, especially closer to showtime when sellers adjust, but you should expect more price variance and always compare the final checkout total.

TSO runs two touring companies at the same time. That is why one calendar day can list, for example, a Midwest arena and a West Coast arena. You are not choosing between different concerts — you are choosing which city is convenient for you.

Scan the list by region first: Great Lakes and Northeast corridors, Southeast and Texas, Mountain and West Coast, then the late-December cluster around the Midwest and Northeast again. Toronto is the lone Canadian stop (Dec 29). If two cities are within driving distance on different nights, buy the one with the easier parking and hotel situation rather than the “bigger” arena name.

A handful of markets only have an evening performance. Those rows are marked in the schedule. Do not book a midday flight home assuming a matinee exists until you have checked that line.

TSO stages for the whole room — lasers and fire read from the upper bowl — so the “best” seat depends on what you care about. Floor and lower-bowl center are the loudest and closest to the band. Side lower bowl often has a clear view of the stage width without looking straight into every effect. Upper bowl is usually the value play and still feels immersive because of how large the light plot is.

If you are bringing children or anyone sensitive to volume, mid-level seats and a matinee can be smarter than front-row floor. Bring ear protection either way; the show is loud by design.

Accessible seating and companion seats are handled by each arena’s box office rules. Buy those through official channels when possible so the venue can place you correctly rather than guessing from a resale map.

Expect about two to two and a half hours including a short intermission. Wear normal concert clothes; you will be standing for ovations and walking from parking or transit. Arrive early if you want merch — lines move slowly on two-show days.

On matinee-and-evening days, parking lots turn over between performances. If you have the night show, give yourself extra time after the afternoon crowd exits. Check whether your arena allows re-entry before you leave at intermission for food.

Save your ticket delivery method (mobile wallet, PDF, or app transfer) the night before. Holiday arena Wi-Fi can be unreliable when thousands of people open the same transfer email at once.

GoTickets is a resale marketplace. Sellers list inventory they already hold, so prices move with demand. It is a different product from the Fan Club or public on-sale — useful when you missed the official windows or need a last-minute pair.
